Areas of Interest
I work with a wide range of mental health presentations and, although experienced in clinical assessment and diagnosis, I place greater importance on understanding the whole person — their experiences, relationships, strengths and the meaning behind their difficulties.
Adolescents and Young Adults
I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults and understand the unique challenges and transitions that can arise during this stage of life. I place strong importance on building genuine therapeutic rapport and supporting young people not only with emotional difficulties, but also in developing a stronger sense of self, identity and direction.
Relationships and life transition
I aim to help people make sense of themselves, their relationships and the challenges they may be facing, while supporting them to navigate change and move toward a life that feels more connected, meaningful and aligned with who they are I have a particular interest in supporting men and women navigating the complexities and transitions of midlife.
